Here's a traditional curry from Okinawa that uses goya (bitter melon), which is known for it's bitterness!

How to Cook:

1) (Using a pot) Without opening the pack, place the pack in a pot of boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes.

2) Open the pack and place in a microwave-safe dish and cover with saran wrap. Cook on 500W at approximately 2 minutes. NOTE: Do NOT place the pouch inside the microwave when cooking!
