Shipping policy

At Sugoi Mart, we typically process and ship orders within 5-7 business days of receipt. We strive to fulfill your order promptly, but please note that slight delays can occur due to factors like high order volume, item availability, or unexpected events like storms that may impact shipping locations.

Additionally, please be aware that we do not ship orders during Japan holidays.

Rest assured, we are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and will work hard to expedite the shipping process.

Our fulfillment team in Tokyo, Japan, prepares your order for shipping. Depending on the shipping method you choose, your package may be handled by DHL, Japan Post, or USPS.

In some cases, your order is first shipped to the U.S. through a shipping partner before final delivery is completed by USPS. DHL shipments may also be handed off to a local courier depending on your delivery area.
