"I heard from a co-worker who went to Japan. Japanese "diet coke with fiber" is called Coca-Cola Plus. It is a zero-calorie, sugar-free soda with 5 grams of soluble fiber (indigestible dextrin) per bottle. Drinking one per day with a meal helps block fat absorption and moderates blood sugar spikes. I called it Magical Japanese diet coke. I highly recommend it. The taste is good and you will get hook to it. It comes 2 in a wrapped package."
